What Square data does Zairo use?
Completed payments and orders (including line items and daypart sales), labor timecards and wages, inventory counts, and your team roster. Zairo uses read-only access scoped to what it needs.
How often does Square data update?
Zairo refreshes daily and also responds to Square webhooks in near-real-time, so new payments, orders, and labor events are reflected within seconds. You can also trigger a manual pull anytime.
Do I need Square to use Zairo?
